I received the promotion to get 4 free cigars w/ purchase of $49.99 or more and when I did do the field for the promotion code was NOT present in my cart at check out. Will this promotion be applied because I'm obviously a new user that used the promo code or am I going to have to call their 800# to raise a stink and demand they honor their own promotion?
