Tim Ozgener made a splash in a big way when he returned to the world of cigars a couple of years ago. His Bosphorus blend was one of the better introductory blends for a brand that I can remember in recent memory. Building off the success of Bosphorus and Pi Synesthesia, Ozgener is back at it again with their second regular production line: Aramas.

Featuring a dark and toothy Mexican San Andres wrapper overtop an Ecuador Sumatra binder and a blend of filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, the United States, and Nicaragua, Aramas is a step up in intensity compared to Bosphorus. Expect notes of leather, cedar, and black pepper and profile that is full-bodied yet delicate. Even though I am a huge fan of Bosphorus, I am convinced that Aramas is my favorite blend that Ozgener Family Cigars has released up to this point.
