I love exploring cigar and beverage pairings, and I am huge into whiskey, especially Single Malt Scotch, however, I have never found a more perfect pairing than an Opus X and a Mojito. A quick glance at my phone gallery, and I found dozens of examples of this pairing. I believe this started with a trip to Chateau Fuente in 2010-ish, and I have not looked back since.
